Now you have no excuse if you don't have time to bake, you can have this dessert for 1 or 2 ready in 5 minutes! I kid you not, it is delicious, and simple to make. All you need is a mug, microwave and a few ingredients! I have done mug cakes before, but this one is my all time favorite and full of flavor! YUMMINESS is the word of the day!
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
4 tbsp light brown sugar
1 egg
4 tbsp greek yogurt
1/8 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
Topping
2 tbsp butter, cold
4 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tbsp light brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
Vanilla Glaze
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp fat free milk
Directions
Mix all the cake ingredients in your mug and stir with a fork until everything is combined. Then make your topping, mix all those ingredients together and add right on top of your batter, place in microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds, make sure that your mug is big enough, because it could overflow! Make your vanilla glaze and then pour it on the top of your crumb topping. Then eat while warm!
